Ingredients
- 5 stalks lemongrass
- 4 cup water
- 3 bags green tea, or white tea
- granulated sugar
- ice cubes
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- Remove the tops and outside leaves on the lemongrass stalks and chop the remainder.
- In a small pan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the tea bags and the lemongrass, remove from heat, and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea.
- Sweeten to taste with sugar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Makes about 1 qt.
