Ingredients
- 4 cardamom pods
- 4 black peppercorns
- 4 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 slices fresh ginger, quarter slices
- 2 tbsp honey, or 2 tbsp sugar
- milk
Instructions
- Place the cardamom pods, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, ginger, honey, and milk in 2½ cups of water.
- Heat for 30 minutes, but do not boil. Strain.
- Add honey and milk.
- Serve and enjoy!
