Ingredients

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp of honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the celery stalks and green apples.

  2. Add them to a blender with water and ice cubes.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Add honey if desired and blend again.

  5. Serve the smoothie in glasses and enjoy.
