Ingredients
- 1cupBai5 Molokai Coconut Antioxidant Infusion
- 1ripe mango,peeled, diced
- 1ripe plum,pitted, chopped
- 1ripe peach,or nectarine, pitted, chopped
- 1ripe apricot,pitted, chopped
- lime zest,fresh grated
- ½cupice cubes
- mint leaves,optional, for garnish
Instructions

Combine the antioxidant infusion, mango, plum, peach, apricot, lime zest, into the blender, blend on high for 30 seconds until well combined.

Add the ice cubes, then blend on high for 10 to 20 seconds more, until chilled and crushed.

Divide between 2 glasses, then garnish with mint.
