  • cupsjuicecherry juice, cran-cherry juice, apple juice or white grape juice
  • 1bananacut in half
  • cupsdark sweet cherriesfrozen
  • ¾cupvanilla Greek yogurt
  • fresh cherries and mint sprigsfor garnish, optional


  1. Place the juice, banana, cherries, and yogurt in a blender.

  2. Blend until completely smooth.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve, topped with fresh cherries and mint sprigs if desired.
