How To Make Blueberry Kale Smoothie
Have a cold glass on a hot day with our fresh kale smoothie! It’s blended with blueberries and sweet bananas and has notes of ginger and almond.

Ingredients
- 2cupsfrozen blueberries
- 1 1⁄2cupsalmond milk
- 1handfulfresh kale leavesthick stems removed
- 1bananapeeled, sliced and frozen
- 1tbspchia seeds
- 2tspfresh gingerfinely-chopped
Instructions

Add the blueberries, almond milk, kale, banana, chia seeds and ginger to a blender and pulse until smooth.

Garnished with extra chia seeds if desired, serve, and enjoy!
If the smoothie is too thick, add extra almond milk to thin.
