  • 1cupheavy cream
  • ¾cuphalf-and-half
  • ¼cupwhite sugar
  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • 1cupfrozen blueberries
  • 1cupfrozen strawberries
  • ½cupfrozen raspberries
  • ½cupfrozen blackberries
  • ½cupmilk


  1. Pour cream and half-and-half into an electric blender.

  2. Blend on low speed until it begins to thicken.

  3. Add sugar and vanilla extract, then mix for 30 seconds.

  4. Add the blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

  5. Blend until smooth, adding milk, if necessary.
