This was something that was made for my bridal shower by my mother in law.

How To Make Banana Slush

A wonderful recipe for refreshing banana slush! This is a refreshing blend of pineapple and orange juices along with lemonade for a fruity experience, then amplified with mashed bananas. Finally, this wonderful dessert drink is topped of with ginger ale.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 12 oz orange juice, frozen
  • 12 oz lemonade, frozen
  • 46 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 large bananas, mashed can use hand blender to mash
  • 12 oz water
  • 2 liters ginger ale

Instructions

  1. You will need a large stock pot for this.
  2. Boil together water and sugar.

  3. Let it cool down a bit and then add orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice, bananas, and the two additional cans of water.
  4. Divide into 2 ice cream buckets and freeze.
  5. Remove from freezer 2 to 3 hours before serving so you can make it slushy with a wooden spoon.

  6. Add a 2 liter bottle of ginge rale depending on taste to each batch of punch concentrate.
