How To Make Citrus Immunity Shot

Rich in Vitamin C and more, this sour and earthy citrus immunity shot made from grapefruit, orange, lemon, turmeric, and garlic is made in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1medium grapefruit,peeled
  • 1medium orange
  • ½medium lemon
  • 1pcfresh ginger root,(1 inch) peeled
  • 1pcfresh turmeric root,(1 inch) peeled
  • ½clovegarlic
  • pinchfreshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine (whole) grapefruit, juice from the orange and lemon, ginger, turmeric, garlic and pepper. Blend until smooth (adjusting ingredients to taste, if necessary).

  2. Place a small sieve or strainer over a mason jar or glass cup. .

  3. Pour liquid into strainer and serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
