  • 5ozsemisweet chocolate
  • 5ozbittersweet chocolate
  • 4cupswhole milk
  • ¼cupsugar
  • 2tspRed gel-paste food coloring
  • Marshmallow Bones


  1. Bring milk and sugar to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Pour over chocolate, and let stand.

  2. When chocolate begins to melt, stir until combined. Whisk in food coloring. Serve immediately with Marshmallow Bones.
