  • 7ozpineapple juicelike R.W. Knudsen
  • 3tbsppumpkin puree
  • 1tsphoneyor maple syrup, more or less to taste
  • 1large lemonjuiced
  • ¼tspvanilla extract
  • ¼tspground cinnamon
  • pinchground ginger
  • dashnutmeg
  • dashallspiceor cloves
  • 3ozdark rumlike Myer’s

Instructions

  1. Pour the pineapple juice, pumpkin puree, honey, juiced lemon, vanilla extra, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and dark rum into a blender.

  2. Blend well.

  3. Fill two double-old fashioned glasses with ice.

  4. Pour the mixture over ice, then garnish with a dash of cinnamon.

  5. Serve, and enjoy!
