How To Make Pink Drink (Starbucks Inspired)

This pink drink recipe is inspired by the famous Starbucks version, but instead of strawberry acai, hibiscus tea is used to make this pretty drink.

Ingredients

  • 1hibiscus tea bag
  • 2cupswater
  • 1tbsphoney,or maple syrup
  • 8strawberries,hulled and thinly sliced, divided
  • ½cuporange juice
  • ½cupcoconut milk

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a simmer. Place the teabag in a 1-quart liquid measuring cup or small heat-proof pitcher. Pour the water over the teabag, stir in the honey until dissolved, and drop in half of the sliced strawberries.

  2. Let the mixture steep for 10 to 20 minutes.

  3. Discard the teabag. Pour the orange juice and coconut milk into the mixture and stir to combine. Fill drinking glasses with ice and divide the pink drink between the glasses.

  4. Garnish the drinks with the remaining sliced strawberries. Serve immediately.
