How To Make Marasca Fizz

- 3maraschino cherries,plus ¾ oz syrup from the jar
- ¾: 5px; letter-spacing: 2px”>2brown sugar cubes
- 3dashesangostura bitters
- ½ozcherry heering
- 4ozchampagne,chilled
Instructions

Moisten the outer rim of a flute with ½ ounce of the maraschino cherry syrup, then coat with superfine sugar.

Put the sugar cubes in the flute. Add the Angostura, Cherry Heering, maraschino cherries, and the remaining maraschino cherry syrup. Stir in the Champagne.
