How To Make Cucumber Mint Gimlet

- 1cucumber,peeled, halved, then quartered into 2-inch slices
- 10mint leaves
- 1½tsplight agave nectar,or simple syrup
- 1lime,juiced
- 1½ozgin,preferably Hendrick’s, or vodka
- tinymint sprig,tiny, or basil, optional
Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber, mint, and agave nectar until the cucumber offers no more resistance.

Fill the shaker with ice, then pour in the lime juice and gin.

Put the lid on the shaker, then shake for about 20 seconds until the cocktail is thoroughly chilled.

Strain the mixture into a martini glass, then garnish with a tiny sprig of mint.
