Indulge yourself to a classic dreamy dessert in this light English trifle that has layers of heavy cream, pound cake, strawberries, and pudding.

  • 10ozfrozen pound cake,thawed
  • 8ozcream cheese
  • 2cupsheavy cream
  • ¼cupsugar
  • ozvanilla pudding,(1 packet)
  • 2cupsmilk
  • 1lbstrawberries,sliced
  • ¼cupalmonds,sliced


  1. Start by cutting the pound cake in 1-inch cubes. In a medium sized bowl add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until soft peaks form.

  2. In another medium sized bowl add the pudding and milk and beat until it starts to thicken.

  3. In a glass trifle dish add a layer of the heavy cream mixture, top with pound cake, add a layer of strawberries, and spread a layer of pudding on top. Repeat layers.

  4. Top with heavy cream mixture and sprinkle with almonds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve.
