How To Make Phyllo Fruit Tart
This phyllo fruit tart has a smooth cream cheese filling, a fruity strawberry-orange topping, and a sweet glaze of white chocolate on top.

Ingredients
- 1tbspbutter,melted
- 1tbspcanola oil
- 8phyllo dough,14×9-inch sheets
- 8ozfat-free cream cheese
- 3tbsppowdered sugar
- 1cupwhipped topping,fat free
- 11ozmandarin oranges,drained
- 4kiwifruit,peeled and sliced
- 1½cupsstrawberries,sliced
- 1ozwhite baking chocolate,melted
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine butter and oil.

Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a baking sheet.

Brush with butter mixture.

Repeat with remaining sheets.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 5 to 7 minutes or until browned.

Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and beat well.

Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled phyllo.

Top with fruit.

Melt chocolate in microwave and drizzle over fruit.
