This Watermelon Apple Mint Ice is a great alternative to your ice cream cravings. Enjoy a refreshing drink with the combination of watermelon, apple, and mint in one.
In a blender, process watermelon until smooth-working in batches.
Mix watermelon puree with apple juice, lime juice, and the chopped mint in a baking pan or freezer-proof container,
Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until the center is almost frozen.
Break up, and blend in batches again until smooth yet still icy.
Return to pan; freeze for 2 hours more.
Serve in dessert dishes; garnish with mint leaves.
