How To Make Peach Sherbet
An incredible dessert made with peaches! Delicious and light, this peach sherbet is sure to be a crowd pleaser with it's rich taste and fluffy mouthfeel.

Ingredients
- 4 medium fresh peaches, peeled
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- lemon rind, grated
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Remove pits and mash peeled peaches with fork until light and fluffy.
- At the same time, work in lemon juice and grated rind.
- Add buttermilk and salt, then pour into ice-cube tray and set in freezer.
- When mixture is frozen almost solid, whip until very light.
- Return to ice-cube tray and freeze until set.

Release from the mold and serve immediately.
