This simple rice pudding will keep you warm and cozy on a rainy afternoon. It's also delicious with maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Beat together eggs and milk.
  3. Mix with cooked rice, brown sugar, and salt.
  4. Pour into a greased mold and put the mold in a pot with warm water.
  5. Put in oven for 1 hour or until the cream is cooked.
