How To Make Raisin Cinnamon Bread Pudding

We made use of ten slices of Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread and combined them with sweetened condensed milk and some vanilla extract to make this moist and tasty bread pudding.

Ingredients

  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 5 cups Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread, cut into pieces
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Spray inside of a large crockpot with vegetable spray.
  2. Place bread cubes in the crockpot.
  3. Mix milk, water, vanilla, and eggs, and pour over bread cubes.
  4. Spoon stir the bread with the milk mixture to coat all the bread cubes.
  5. Cover and cook on low 2 ½ - 3 hours.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream or cold with cool whip.
  7. Preheats easily in microwave.
