  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 loaf French bread, crumbled (1 lb.)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup banana liqueur
  • ½ cup spiced rum
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 6 bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Blend in bread, cream, milk, banana liqueur, cinnamon and vanilla.
  5. Fold in nuts and banana slices.
  6. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake in preheated oven 90 minutes, until set.
