How To Make Peaches and Cream Popsicles

Popsicles are the best frozen treats to quench our thirst and fight the summer heat. Whip up these peaches and cream popsicles at home in just 20 minutes!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 3medium peaches
  • ½cup2% Chobani Greek yogurt
  • cupsugar,raw, or favorite sweetener
  • cupvanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼tsppure almond extract
  • tspfine salt

Instructions

  1. Halve and pit the peaches. Cut the peach halves into ¼-inch diced pieces until 1 cup has been yielded.

  2. Place the diced peaches in a bowl. Set aside.

  3. Cut the remaining peaches into rough 1-inch chunks, then place them in the blender. Add yogurt, sugar, milk, almond extract, salt, then blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.

  4. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the diced peaches, then mix to combine.

  5. Divide the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds, or disposable small plastic cups.

  6. Insert the sticks, then freeze until solid for at least 5 to 6 hours.

  7. Serve cold, and enjoy!
