  • 16 oz taco sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg

  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook beef and onion in an oven-proof 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until beef is brown; then drain.
  3. Stir in taco sauce. Sprinkle it with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a round baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. You can add sour cream, chopped lettuce, and tomatoes for toppings.
