Ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb
- 1 ½ tbsp flour
- 2 cups sugar
- pinch salt
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 pie shell, unbaked
Instructions

Cut up rhubarb into ½-inch pieces.
- Mix together flour, sugar, salt, eggs, buttermilk and orange juice.
- Add rhubarb and pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Top with ice cream, if you'd like.
