- 1pie crust,unbaked, 9-inch
- 3large eggs
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 2tbspcornstarch
- 1tspcinnamon
- ¼tspsalt
- ¾cupcorn syrup
- ¼cupbutter,melted
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1cupquick oats

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

On a floured surface, roll out the pie crust into a circle about 12 inches in diameter.

Transfer the pie dough to a 9-inch glass or ceramic pie plate. Fold over the and crimp then.
