How To Make Individual Berry Cream Pies

Give yourself a sweet treat with these berry cream pies made with graham cracker crusts, a tasty pudding filling topped with strawberries and whipped cream.

  • 6graham cracker crusts,mini store-brought
  • cupsheavy cream,divided
  • ½cupmilk
  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • ozwhite chocolate,or vanilla, or cheesecake instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 10ozstrawberries,or raspberries, should yield about 2 cups when diced
  • 4tbsppowdered sugar,divided


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup heavy cream, milk, vanilla, and instant pudding mix for 2 minutes until very thick. Cover and refrigerate.

  2. Dice strawberries into small pieces. Pour strawberries into a small mixing bowl and stir in 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, whip together ½ cup cream until soft peaks form. Stir in 2 tablespoons powdered sugar then whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

  4. Remove pudding mixture from the refrigerator, stir once more then fill each graham cracker crust with ¼ cup mixture.

  5. Smooth tops of pie then equally divide diced strawberries overfilled pies, a few heaping tablespoons over each.

  6. Pipe sweetened whipped cream over each pie. Serve immediately.
