  • 1/2 cup chopped cranberries
  • 3/4 cup canned condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, chopped apples, pears, and cranberries.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.

  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the pumpkin mixture and stir until well combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth out the top.

  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown and set.

  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
