  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups of fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and prick the bottom with a fork.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped pineapple, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  5. Distribute the cubed butter over the top of the pineapple mixture.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
