How To Make Apricot Fruit Pie Recipe
This pie is filled with sweet and tangy apricots, baked to perfection in a buttery flaky crust.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of sliced apricots
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 pie crust
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apricots, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Roll out pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.

Pour apricot mixture into the crust and dot with butter.

Cover filling with remaining crust and cut slits in top to vent steam.

Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
