Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 10 ½ oz cream of mushroom
- 10 ½ oz cream of chicken
- 10 ½ oz enchilada sauce, mild
- Tostitos, plain
- American cheese slices , as desired
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Brown meat with onion, drain off grease.
- Add cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, enchilada sauce, milk.
- Let simmer for 5 minutes to let ingredients meld.
- Meanwhile, crush chips in casserole dish.
- Add meat mixture and stir, place cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
- To make a hotter version, leave out milk, switch mild enchilada sauce for hot, and add sliced jalapeno peppers and juice. Follow directions as is.
