How To Make Double Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 1⅔ cupsall-purpose flour
- 1tspsalt
- ¾cupshortening
- 5tbsporange juicecold, as needed
Instructions

Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl.

Cut the shortening into the flour mixture until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add orange juice a tablespoon at a time, tossing with a fork, until the flour mixture is moistened.

When squeezing a handful of the moistened pastry mixture, it should form a ball.

Divide the dough in half and shape into balls.

Wrap in plastic, then refrigerate before rolling.
