  • 3tbspcocoa powder,unsweetened
  • cupswhite sugar
  • cupevaporated milk
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 1single crust pie,9-inch

Instructions

  1. Blend together butter or margarine, eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk, and vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth.

  2. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until set. Let cool before slicing.
