How To Make Cherry Mallow Traybake

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, and baking powder until well combined.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Scatter the cherries over the batter, pressing them slightly into the dough.

Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the top.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are lightly golden.
