  • ½cupbutter,chilled, diced
  • ¼cupice water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  2. Stir in the water, a tablespoon at a time, until the mixture forms a ball.

  3. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight.
