How To Make Pecan Pie Muffins
Give your pecan pie a bite-sized muffin transformation with this recipe. The sugar and the butter give this holiday treat a streusel-like mouthfeel.

- 1cuppacked light brown sugar
- ¼cupflour
- ½cupflax meal
- 1cuppecans,chopped
- 2eggs,large
- ¾cupbutter,cut into small cubes
- 24pecan halves
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray the muffin tins with oil or baking spray or add liners.

Add all but the butter into the stand mixer and mix until the eggs are just incorporated then add the butter and mix until just some streaks of butter are left.

Scoop into muffin tins with an ice cream scoop and top with 2 pecan halves and bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
