How To Make Homemade Banana Bread Muffins

Give yourself a filling sweet treat with these banana bread muffins made with fresh bananas, vanilla, and cinnamon mixed and baked until golden brown.

  • 2cupsflour
  • 1tspbaking powder
  • 1tspsalt
  • 2eggs
  • 1cupsugar
  • 2bananas,or 4 small bananas
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • ½cupvegetable oil
  • 1tspcinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar.

  4. Stir in the mashed bananas, vanilla, oil, and cinnamon.

  5. Then stir in the flour mixture a third at a time until fully combined.

  6. Pour batter into a cupcake/muffin pan, either greased or with muffin tins.

  7. Bake for about 30 minutes and then enjoy!
