How To Make Ham and Cheese Corn Muffins
The ham and cheese make for a great addition to your typical corn muffins. You can use your own corn muffin recipe or a box of ready muffin mix.

Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- ¼ cup ham, chopped
- ¼ cup cheese, shredded
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions

Dice up your ham into small bite sized pieces.

Dump all the ingredients into your bowl and mix well.

Grease your muffin tins really well.

Pour in mixture to your muffin tins.

Bake in oven at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve these warm or cold.
