How To Make Easy Banana Muffins
You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make perfectly moist, fragrant, and extremely flavorful banana muffins. Top them with almonds for some added crunch.

Ingredients
- 2overripe bananas
- ¼cupmaple syrup
- ¼cuppeanut butter
- ½cupflour
- 1tspbaking powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- slivered almond,optional
Instructions

Warm up the oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin tray with paper muffin cases (or grease them with a bit of oil). Move the oven rack a notch down from the middle position.

Mash both bananas with a fork.

Combine the mashed up bananas with maple syrup or sugar and peanut butter in a medium-size bowl. Mix very well.

Add the dry ingredients and mix them well until there is no dry flour left.

Transfer the cake batter into the prepared muffin tray. Decorate the tops with slivered almonds (if using).

Bake for about 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out fairly clean.

Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool down before eating.
