
How To Make Chocolate Oreo Muffins
Impress the kids with these sweet and delicious chocolate oreo muffins that are rich in cookies and cream flavor with a moist and fluffy texture.

Ingredients
- 2cupssugar
- 1¾cupsflour
- 1cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½tspbaking powder
- 1½tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- 2eggs,large
- 1cupmilk
- ½cupvegetable oil
- 1tbspvanilla extract
- 1cuphot coffee,you can substitute boiling water
- 20oreos,crumbled in large chunks and divided
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line two 12 cup muffin tins with cupcake liners.

In a stand mixer on low speed mix together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and half of the crumbled Oreos. Add it to the stand mixer on low then medium speed until just combined and finally add in the water carefully and stir it in by hand until just combined.

Divide the batter into lined muffin tins, filling cupcake liners 2/3 way full.

Evenly sprinkle the other half of the crumbled Oreos over each muffin.

Bake one muffin tin at a time for 15 to 20 minutes then remove, let cool completely.
