How To Make Banana Pecan Crunch Muffins

For Muffins:
- 1½cupsflour
- ½tspcinnamon
- 1tspbaking powder
- 1tspbaking soda
- ¼tspsalt
- 3ripe bananas,mashed
- ⅔cupsugar
- 1tspvanilla
- ½cupmelted butter
For Crunch Topping:
- ⅓cupbrown sugar,packed
- 2tbspflour
- 2tbspbutter
- 2tbspoats
- ⅓cupchopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.

Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together mashed bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, and butter. Add in flour mixture and stir just until combined; do not overmix. Divide batter evenly over 12 muffin cups.

In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and butter until mixed. Stir in oats and pecans. Divide topping over muffins.

Bake for about 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
