How To Make Banana Muffins with Chocolate Chips
Make a delicious use of those overripe bananas with a batch of these classic banana muffins made sweeter with chocolate chips topping.

Ingredients
- 2½cupsall-purpose flour
- 1⅔cupsgranulated sugar
- 1¼tspbaking powder
- 1¼tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- ⅔cupvegetable oil,or extra virgin olive oil
- ½cupmilk
- 3eggs
- 5bananas,very ripe, mashed
- ½cupchocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray two 3×4 muffin tins with cooking spray.

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium-sized bowl.

In a different medium-sized bowl, mix the oil, milk, eggs, and bananas.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients together. Once done, use an ice cream scoop to fill the muffin tins and top each off with 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the chocolate chips are partially melted.

Serve warm and enjoy.
