
How To Make Chocolate Avocado Mousse
You can't go wrong with this chocolate avocado mousse for a dreamy & silky bite! It's made with cacao powder & honey for a bittersweet treat.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, large, ripe, peeled and stoned
- 4 tbsp honey, runny, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g cacao powder, raw
Instructions
- Put the avocados into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add 3 tablespoons of the honey with the vanilla and cacao powder and blend again until completely combined. Taste and add the remaining honey if necessary.

Spoon the mousse into 8 shot or sweet wine glasses and put them into the fridge for 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
