How To Make Chocolate Avocado Mousse

You can't go wrong with this chocolate avocado mousse for a dreamy & silky bite! It's made with cacao powder & honey for a bittersweet treat.

  • 2 avocados, large, ripe, peeled and stoned
  • 4 tbsp honey, runny, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g cacao powder, raw


  1. Put the avocados into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of the honey with the vanilla and cacao powder and blend again until completely combined. Taste and add the remaining honey if necessary.

  3. Spoon the mousse into 8 shot or sweet wine glasses and put them into the fridge for 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
