How To Make Fruit Gelatin Jigglers
These deliciously vibrant fruit gelatin jigglers are delightfully smooth and fruity, made with just two ingredients for an easy sweet treat!

Ingredients
- 4cupsfruit juice,cold
- 3tbspgelatin,unflavored
Instructions

Pour 1 cup of cold juice into the mixing bowl, the sprinkle the gelatin on it. Let it sit until the gelatin absorbs the liquid.

Pour the remaining 3 cups of juice into the saucepot, then heat on medium until warm.

Pour the warm juice into the mixing bowl, then stir with a spoon until the gelatin dissolves.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish. The gelatin should be no more than 1-inch deep, if cutting the jigglers with cookie cutters.

Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours until solid.

Cut the jigglers into any desired shape, serve, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Don’t use pineapple or papaya juice as they contain an enzyme that breaks down gelatin.
