How To Make Fruit Gelatin Jigglers

These deliciously vibrant fruit gelatin jigglers are delightfully smooth and fruity, made with just two ingredients for an easy sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • 4cupsfruit juice,cold
  • 3tbspgelatin,unflavored

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of cold juice into the mixing bowl, the sprinkle the gelatin on it. Let it sit until the gelatin absorbs the liquid.

  2. Pour the remaining 3 cups of juice into the saucepot, then heat on medium until warm.

  3. Pour the warm juice into the mixing bowl, then stir with a spoon until the gelatin dissolves.

  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. The gelatin should be no more than 1-inch deep, if cutting the jigglers with cookie cutters.

  5. Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours until solid.

  6. Cut the jigglers into any desired shape, serve, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Don’t use pineapple or papaya juice as they contain an enzyme that breaks down gelatin.
