How To Make Cranberry-Ginger Jelly
Thanksgiving just got a little bit brighter with this sweet-spicy jelly recipe that is sure to make your family meal an unforgettable one.

Ingredients
- 6½cupfresh cranberries
- 2cupssugar
- 2tspfresh ginger,finely grated, peeled
- 1tbspunflavored gelatin
Instructions

Put the cranberries, sugar, ginger, and 2 cups of water into a medium saucepan. Cover, and bring to a simmer; cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries are soft.

Meanwhile, put ½ cup of cold water into a bowl; sprinkle with gelatin. Let soften for 5 minutes.

Add the cranberry mixture; stir until the gelatin has dissolved. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 4 hours (up to 1 week).
