How To Make Smoked Salmon Spread

Whether you find yourself with excess salmon, or you just love a good seafood spread, here’s a way to enjoy smoked salmon so they don’t go to waste.

Ingredients

  • 8ozcream cheese,at room temperature, microwave it for 1 minute and you won’t need a mixer
  • ½cupsour cream
  • 1tbsplemon juice,freshly squeezed
  • 1tbspfresh dill,minced
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • ¼lbSmoked Salmon,minced

Instructions

  1. Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.

  2. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper, and mix.

  3. Add the smoked salmon and mix well.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and serve with crudites and/or crackers.
