How To Make Easy Strawberry Jam

  • 1lbstrawberries,(4 cups) sliced
  • cupsgranulated sugar
  • 3tbsplemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries to a pot on medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start breaking down.

  2. Add in the sugar and lemon juice, then stir.

  3. Cook, stirring frequently, for another 15 minutes until it reaches a temperature of 220 degrees F.

  4. Turn off the heat and let cool before refrigerating in a covered container.
