How To Make Coconut Ice Cream

This 4-ingredient coconut ice cream is packed with richness from the cream of coconut and sweetened coconut flakes.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 14 oz cream of coconut, (1 can)
  • cups heavy cream
  • cups sweetened flaked coconut, (optional)


  1. Combine the milk and cream of coconut in the container of a food processor or blender, and mix thoroughly. Stir in the cream and flaked coconut.

  2. Pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Serve cold, and enjoy!
