How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Popsicle
Chill with this chocolate chip cookie dough popsicle recipe on a hot day. Sweet choco chips with cool and sweet ice cream pops ready to beat the heat.

Ingredients
- 1¼ cup milk
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp mini semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Microwave milk for 30 seconds or until warm to the touch. Add brown sugar and salt, stirring until dissolved. Add vanilla, mix and let cool.
- Place ½ tbsp chocolate chips at the bottom of each of four 1/3-cup ice-pop molds or small paper cups. Top each mold with milk mixture.
- Insert sticks and place molds in the freezer. Freeze until solid, for at least 3 hours. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
- To release pops, run molds under warm water for 20 to 30 seconds and they should slide right out. Serve immediately.
