How To Make Quick and Easy Fudge

A quick and simple recipe for wonderful fudge that surely be a welcome sight at the end of the day!

Makes:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • cup unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 ⅓ cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except vanilla into a saucepan.
  2. Stir until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved.
  3. Boil, without stirring, until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water.
  4. Cool and beat until creamy.
  5. Add vanilla and pour into greased pan.
  6. Cut into squares while fudge cools.
