How To Make 2-Minute Fudge

You'll have a hard time finding a quicker recipe for fudge than this! This delightful 2-minute fudge takes out much of the work of creating beautiful fudge squares. Enjoy the the decadent fudge chocolate with a buttery vanilla notes.

Total: 1 hr 27 mins


  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup nuts , chopped


  1. In a 1 ½-quart casserole, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together until partially blended (it will be too stiff to blend thoroughly).

  2. Put butter over top in center of dish.
  3. Microwave at high for 2 minutes or until smooth.

  4. If all butter has not melted in cooking, it will as mixture is stirred.
  5. Blend in nuts.
  6. Pour into a lightly buttered 8x4x3-inch dish.

  7. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator or 20 to 30 minutes in freezer.
  8. Cut into squares.
  9. Makes about 36 squares.
